Words and photography by Diane Bentley Raymond
San Francisco has a rhythm and a pulse of its own. For a photographer it is pure magic. A million angles to shoot, diverse landscapes and architecture that captivates. As a travel and architecture photographer, I have photographed some pretty amazing places from the canals in Venice to the Alps in Switzerland, but San Francisco remains at the top of my list.
The early morning light on the glass skyscrapers, those sunsets along the coast, The Golden Gate Bridge and The Presidio are just a few of the great places to photograph. Most mornings you can find me out roaming this fascinating city chasing that early morning light as the city comes awake. Truly I am blessed to call San Francisco home.
